Hello everyone, Wald here. Today I want to share something a little different from my usual technical deep-dives. It’s a new initiative we’ve been quietly building over the past few months, and it’s finally taken enough shape that I can talk about it openly. We call it the Better Plan.
The Problem We Kept Hearing About
As a manufacturer of sandwich panels, cold room panels, SIPs, and steel structures(Partner Companies), we advertise globally. Every single day, we receive inquiries from all over the world—from cold storage operators in the Middle East, from agricultural companies in Africa, from contractors in Southeast Asia, and from business owners in South America. Many of these inquiries share a common thread: the client wants not just our panels, but a complete installed solution. They ask, “Can you also build it for me?”
For a long time, the honest answer for many regions was no. We manufacture. We ship. We provide technical drawings and installation guidance. But we do not have our own installation crews in every country. Turning down these requests always felt like a missed opportunity—both for us and for the client who just wanted a straightforward, cost-effective building.
Meanwhile, in many of these same countries, there are skilled local construction teams. They know their local building codes. They have the tools, the experience, and the labor. What they sometimes lack is a steady stream of clients and access to competitively priced, high-quality materials directly from a manufacturer.
The gap was obvious. On one side, a client wanting an affordable, professionally built steel structure or cold storage. On the other side, a capable local installer looking for projects. And in the middle, us—with the factory and the panels.
The Better Plan: How It Works
The Better Plan bridges that gap with a very simple model:
- ZHUOZHU provides the building materials at factory prices. This includes sandwich panels, structural components, cold room panels, SIPs, and all necessary accessories—flashings, fasteners, sealants, everything needed for a complete build. Because these come directly from our production lines, there is no middleman markup on the materials.
- A locally based installation partner provides the construction services. These are established companies in their respective countries. They bring the skilled labor, the installation know-how, and the familiarity with local regulations. They price their work competitively because they are part of a network that feeds them consistent project opportunities.
- The client gets the best of both worlds. Factory-direct material pricing combined with professional local installation. No markup chain. No coordination headaches between separate material suppliers and contractors. One cohesive solution at the lowest realistic cost.
Why This Makes Sense for Everyone
For the client, the advantage is clear: a steel structure building or cold storage facility delivered and installed at a price point that simply isn’t achievable when materials pass through multiple distributors and the installation is sourced separately without leverage.
For the local installation company, the benefit is equally tangible. They gain access to projects they might not otherwise find. They receive materials that they know are manufactured to consistent quality standards, which makes their installation work smoother and reduces callbacks. And they build their portfolio with completed projects that showcase their workmanship.
For us at ZHUOZHU, it means we can say yes to more clients. Instead of apologizing that we don’t have an installation team in a particular country, we can offer a genuine alternative: our panels, at our prices, installed by a team we’ve vetted and trust.
Where We Are Now
We have been reaching out to steel structure and cold storage installation companies across multiple countries. The response has been encouraging. I’m pleased to confirm that we already have installation partners with confirmed cooperation agreements in the United Arab Emirates and Nigeria. These teams have reviewed our product range, understand our quality standards, and are ready to install ZHUOZHU panels for clients in their regions.
Discussions are actively underway with installation companies in several other countries. We are taking this carefully—each partner is evaluated on their track record, their technical capability, and their commitment to professional workmanship. We are not in a rush to sign up every company that expresses interest. The Better Plan carries our name, and the installation quality must reflect the same standard as our panels.
